Overbury have been on site since early May 25 and are on schedule to deliver the scheme in early September. A very unique fit out which compliments the Grade 2 listed status of the building and is sympathetic to its heritage. Split across 4 floors to provides the new home for Atom Bank following their relocation from Durham. The building is split into the Engine hall and pattern Shop the later of which has been extensively fitted out to provide desk space, collaboration zones, Meeting room suite and a ground floor social space for everyone
