RA Real Estate were back on site in Leeds as TLI begin closing walls on the fifth floor on behalf of Sofina Foods. The project is currently running on schedule and many of the internal walls have been plastered and first fix AV works have been completed. Much of the ceiling detail, which is quite intricate is now completed and we are in the process of completing the mechanical and electrical installation before second fix works can commence in late September. Practical completion is scheduled for late November
