A substantial combined Cat A and cat B fit out was project managed by RA Real Estate at the UK headquarters of Dr Oetker. The work included the formation of a new staircase connecting the 2nd and 3rd floors and the entire replacement of all the Mechanical & Electrical Services. The fit out works were carried out by TSK Group Ltd
