Practical completion took place recently on the Cat A refurbishment of 500 Capability Green which enables TUI UK and I to commence their B works as they fit out the 80,000 ft.² building at capability Green which will form the new UK headquarters for the company. The cat A works have been very extensive and the Cat B works will integrate and create an amazing workplace environment for the colleagues of TUI.
