Cooper Brown Enterprises (CBE), owned by Marie Cooper and Chris Brown, invested in BG Engineering in 2017. BG Engineering, which is also co-owned by Managing Director, Anthony Holmes, then acquired Pentag Gears and Oilfield Equipment in May 2018. In August 2017, CBE also acquired a controlling stake in NiTEC Engineering Ltd and Spire Laboratories.
The building of over 80,000 sq ft on Williamthorpe Industrial Estate, Holmewood, Chesterfield is located a short distance off Junction 29 of the M1 and Cooper Brown have signed a new lease on the entirety of the building.
