RA Real Estate have been advising Lowell for over 4 years and supported the business on a revised property strategy, consideration of relocation options and ultimately the development and acquisition of over 133,000 sq ft corporate HQ building. the entire process took many months from agreeing a specification to exchanging an Agreement for Lease and then waiting 2 years for the building to be constructed!!! The project continues with advising Lowell on the selection of their fit out partner and working closely with them in the design of a workplace that will reflect and support the operating rhythms of the client in the future. The final designs will crate an amazing workplace for all the colleagues.
