RA Real Estate have been appointed by Sofina Foods, the Canadian based food manufacturer to support them on their fit out of 20,000 ft.² at Number One The Square at Thorpe Park Leeds. We will provide project management and Employers Agent services following the appointment of TLI as fitter contractor. Design has been undertaken by RU Creative of Harrogate and blends a mixture of high-end executive environment with conventional workplace design. It is expected that we will be on site in June 2026 with a view to completing the refurbishment works in the autumn.
