Overbury have competed the fit out of a floor and a half at 12 King Street in Leeds. This will form the new home for Azets Leeds. RA real Estate provided Project Management and Employers Agent services on behalf of Azets.
The firm has relocated its 120-strong Leeds team to a new flagship office.
Azets has taken space at 12 King Street, with the new office more than double the size of the firm's previous space in the city.
The expansion will support the firm's growing presence in the region, as it builds its accounting, audit, tax, advisory and outsourcing teams. The new space has accessibility, technology, sustainability, and emission reductions at the core of the design.
The space will provide the firm with a large, collaborative office space for both staff and clients, including break-out spaces, informal working areas and a large, flexible meeting room suite.
