The Sofina Foods fit out started on site in June 26 and comprise of 20,000 ft.² of Cat B works on the fifth floor of No 1 The Square, Thorpe Park Leeds. The fit out, designed by RU Creative is a challenging build, with significant ceiling works and a large amount of furniture. It was great to see such a productive start on site with much of the built environment being erected within the first six weeks of the project. The project has a number of challenges including the creation of a chef’s kitchen, dining room, individual executive offices and full AV integration.
