TUI UK and I have commenced their Cat B fit out on 500 Capability Green in Luton which will form their new UK and I headquarters when works complete in early 2027. RA Real Estate are providing project management and Employers Agent services to TUI UK & I and have advised them for over 2 ½ years on this project before getting to site. The building will provide the future home for a substantial number of TUI colleagues who I’m sure will continue to provide fantastic holiday opportunities for us all!
